2012 Annual General Meeting - 4th December 2012

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hitchin Nomads Cycling Club will take place on Tuesday 4^th December 2012 at 8pm in the Pavilion Room at Hitchin Rugby Football Club, Old Hale Way, Hitchin.

The AGM will be followed by informal drinks in the Rugby Club bar.

The provisional agenda will be as follows:

1.       Agreement of minutes of 2011 AGM

2.       Chairman/General Secretary’s report
·         Review of the year
·         Plans for coming year

3.       Treasurer’s report
·         Approval of 2011 accounts
·         Current financial position

4.       Reports from:
·         Club captain
·         Social and touring secretary
·         Time trial secretary
·         Road race secretary

5.       Election of committee members:

·         Chairman*

·         General secretary**

·         Treasurer**

·         Club Captain**

·         Time Trial Secretary

·         Road Race Secretary**

·         Other Members of the committee

* indicates post not currently filled (general secretary acting in role)
** indicates current incumbent wishes to stand down at this time.
