As part of the club's ongoing development and outreach programme we will be running a Go Ride coaching session on Saturday 2nd March 2013 commencing at 3pm sharp, finishing at 4pm.
Go-Ride is British Cycling's development programme for young people. The programme provides a fun and safe way to introduce young riders to the world of cycle sport and provides a platform to improve bike handling skills. More information is available from British Cycling's Go Ride zone.
This week's session will include a basic bike and helmet safety check, a Go Ride class and an accompanying game and skills test.
The emphasis is on fun, safety and development of all of the participants regardless of their current level of ability.
